Date: 26 December 2023 - 2 January 2024 After Submitting My Proposal : After getting my Do Good Project Proposal ready, I decided to consult with my lecturer to ask for some feedbacks on my Gannt Chart and Learning Plan as he had asked me to rethink what do I want to learn in this project. I explained to him and also introduce ProtoPie, an advanced prototyping tool that offers a lot of features to take prototype projects more further. I explained that by using ProtoPie, I would have to start from scratch to learn on how to use the software as it is more advance. This will take a lot of time, because ProtoPie has a lot of features and tools that Figma doesn't have. Date: 19 December 2023 Learning Plan : This week I refined my learning plan based on the feedback that I received from last week. I decided to focus on improving my prototyping skills by using an advance prototype tool, which is ProtoPie. ProtoPie is a prototype tool that is widely used by experts in the UI/UX design industry. It offers a lot of features that other softwares don't have. My current prototype skills is slightly above average because of previous semester subjects, and I find myself to be interested in leveling up my skills in this area. I finally be able to finalize my Phase 1 and Phase 2 with the new changes that I have made. I researched on how to make my learning process easier and smoother by exploring resources that is available online. There are a lot of platforms that is useful for me to look forward into when I am learning the new software. Competitors Analysis : I went through App Store and Google Play to find any grief related app that has similar features with CAPSOUL, but to no available. Because of this, I try to widen my search by finding any grief related app and I managed to find three mobile apps. I will analyse the purpose of the app, and their key features. I will also try to list down the cons of each app for my reference later. For Grief Refuge and Empathy app, I could not physically try the app on my phone because of the app not available in the region.   Date: 21 November 2023 Learning Plan : I have made some amendments to my learning plan by mentioning that I want to learn how to apply 3D in my UI/UX design. This is because I had never used any 3D assets inside any of my UI/UX assignments before and I would like to learn on how to do it. I also come across a new 3D software that is in current trend among UI/UX designer called Spline. It's a recommended software as it can be integrated in Figma and turned into an interactable asset. As my 3D modelling skills is average, I think this would be a good opportunity for me to learn more about it.
